- Using Google Chrome on your computer, open Google Earth.
- On the top left, click Help > Send feedback.
- Click the arrow_drop_down drop-down to show the menu bar if hidden.
- Describe your issue, suggestion, or feedback.
- Optional: To help us understand, you can include a screenshot. Decide if you want to include a screenshot and use the tools to highlight areas of interest or hide sensitive information.
- Optional: If your feedback relates to a specific Earth project, you can share the project with earth-feedback@google.com (as a Viewer) and paste the project link into the feedback description. This is helpful for us to reproduce issues.
- Optional: If you're open to us contacting you for more details, check the box to allow us to email you for more information. We can't promise a response, but this helps if we have follow-up questions.
- Click Send.
