Dispute Flow
Overview
The dispute flow is used to inform Google of customer or issuer initiated disputes of payments. An inquiry is used to gather more information about a transaction before a chargeback event occurs. An inquiry does not move any money. Google is informed of inquiries through the inquiryNotification method.
