This is the request message for the GeoTargetConstantService.SuggestGeoTargetConstants service.
The request message includes fields for specifying the locale and country code for returned geo targets.

Fields
`country_code`	`string` Returned geo targets are restricted to this country code.
`locale`	`string` If possible, returned geo targets are translated using this locale. If not, en is used by default. This is also used as a hint for returned geo targets.
`query` Union field. Required. A selector of geo target constants. `query` can be only one of the following:
`geo_targets`	`GeoTargets` The geo target constant resource names to filter by.
`location_names`	`LocationNames` The location names to search by. At most 25 names can be set.
