Fields
`enclosing_id`	`string` The ID of the resource whose limit was exceeded. External customer ID if the limit is for a customer.
`enclosing_resource`	`string` The name of the resource (Customer, Campaign etc.) whose limit was exceeded.
`existing_count`	`int32` The count of existing entities.
`limit`	`int32` The limit which was exceeded.
`limit_type`	`ResourceLimitType` The resource limit type which was exceeded.
