Page Summary

A lead can have credit states such as UNSPECIFIED, UNKNOWN, PENDING, and CREDITED.
PENDING indicates a credit is being processed but not yet applied.
CREDITED means the credit has been issued to the Ads account.

`CREDITED`	The credit has been issued to the Ads account.
`PENDING`	A credit has been filed and is being processed by Ads backend, but has not been applied to the account yet.
`UNKNOWN`	Used for return value only. Represents value unknown in this version.
`UNSPECIFIED`	Not specified.
